Leeds boss Simon Grayson has warned Tottenham, Aston Villa and Everton they will have to offer 'ridiculous money' to persuade him to sell Fabian Delph. Chairman Ken Bates is understood to be demanding £8million for the highly-rated midfielder, although they will have to hand Bradford a cut of the fee as they launched Delph's career. And there are suggestions that Leeds will demand that Delph returns to Elland Road on loan as part of any deal. He said: 'If none of the clubs reach the price we expect, he won't be going anywherebecause we don't want to lose our best players on the cheap.'
