Cudicini's manner impresses Redknapp

Tottenham coach Harry Redknapp has paid tribute to Carlo Cudicini's professionalism after the Italian signed a new one-year deal.[LNB] The 36-year-old joined Spurs in January, 2009 and made seven appearances last season before his campaign was curtailed after being injured in a serious road accident.[LNB]But Cudicini is back in training and will be working throughout the summer with goalkeeping coach Tony Parks to improve his fitness ahead of the new campaign.[LNB]Redknapp said: "It is great to see Carlo out on the training pitch again after everything he has been through. He is coming on fantastic and training well.[LNB]"If anyone was going to come back from something like this it would be him.[LNB]"He is dedicated, a top professional through and through, and has been there every Saturday to support the side.[LNB]"He has been brought up in the game - his father was a great goalkeeper at AC Milan and Carlo is exactly the same, a top-class person and professional."
