Cissokho confirms Spurs interest

Porto star Aly Cissokho has told skysports.com that a host of big clubs are chasing his signature, including Tottenham.[LNB] The 21-year-old left-back only moved to the Dragao last year from Vitoria Setubal but he has made an enormous impact for Jesualdo Ferreira's side.[LNB]He came to the attention of English scouts when he came up against Cristiano Ronaldo in Porto's UEFA Champions League quarter-final clash against Manchester United, when he had a storming game in the first-leg at Old Trafford.[LNB]A string of clubs are now gearing up to make summer bids for the 21-year-old.[LNB]"I have a contract until 2012 and the club officials want me to add another year to that," he told skysports.com.[LNB]"That shows they have trust in me and I am proud of that.[LNB]"I also know there are big clubs looking at me, and Tottenham is one of them and that is fine.[LNB]"I will talk with my club and we will see what happens from there.[LNB]"We will just wait until the end of the season and then see."[LNB]Cissokho has also confirmed to the Spanish press that Atletico Madrid are in contention to sign him.[LNB]
