Brown - Turner is staying
Hull City boss Phil Brown says it will take a ridiculous bid to convince the club to sell Michael Turner, while also denying a move for Tottenham's Darren Bent.
Hull are in Beijing for the Asia Trophy in which they have secured a final spot after beating Beijing Guoan 5-4 on penalties following a 1-1 draw on Wednesday.
The result means the Tigers will face Spurs in Friday's final, a side who have been strongly linked with a move for Turner's signature.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is believed to be interested in signing the talented defender in a possible player-plus-cash deal.
Brown, though, says no offer has been made and insists the 25-year-old defender is staying put.

"We did a tremendous piece of business last year signing Michael on a four-year contract," he said.
"That was an improved deal because of the exploits from last season. He is knocking on the door of the England set-up and consequently when you play like that you are going to attract attention.
"But as far as I'm concerned Michael is at the club as a Hull City player, it would be difficult to hang onto him if a ridiculous bid came in but as we stand no bids are on the table."
Brown also denied rumours of a possible meeting over player exchanges between himself and Redknapp.
"I had a drink with Harry this afternoon and all we talked about was where he sees Tottenham this season or where I see Hull this season," he said.
"There was no talk over exchanges of players or transfer bids or any of that."
