Tottenham and Chelsea fans are battling it out on Twitter to see which club’s colours will light up the Wembley arch in the run-up to the Capital One Cup final.
Tweets using the hashtags #SpursAtWembley and #ChelseaAtWembley are being monitored, and whichever club gets the most will get the honour of seeing the arch turn their colours the night before the Wembley showpiece.
Here’s how things were standing as of last night, demonstrated on the arch itself…
That’s great work ramping up the tension, arch, but it’s a narrow lead for Tottenham – 53% to 47%.
But before Spurs fans get too cocky, there was another update this morning.

It literally couldn’t be more exciting. Assuming you care which colour the Wembley arch is the night before the Capital One Cup final.
