Ambitious Stoke plan bold move to sign Spurs transfer target Cisse
Stoke manager Tony Pulis is lining up a bold bid for Djibril Cisse but is prepared to offload captain Andy Griffin after a row.
Pulis knows Cisse is keen to join Tottenham, as exclusively revealed in Sportsmail a month ago, but is ready to contact Marseille over an asking price and try to talk the France striker, who was on loan at Sunderland last season, into joining Stoke.
Griffin is likely to be leaving, however.
He said: 'I had a fall-out with the manager and my prospects are bleak, to say the least.'
