Sporting forward Yannick Djalo's agent has claimed Tottenham and Newcastle are interested in signing the Portuguese star.[LNB] It is suggested both Premier League clubs have made offers in the region of £4.2million as they plot for the 2010/11 season.[LNB]Djalo, 24, is highly rated at Sporting, who are said to be struggling financially and could therefore be open to a lucrative offer.[LNB]"The two clubs (Newcastle and Spurs) are interested," agent Lionel Silva is quoted as saying in the Sunday Sun.[LNB]"But we have not reached an understanding with regard to price. We have to wait a little longer.[LNB]"He (Djalo) fancies the idea of going to England, because playing in the English Premier League is a dream for most players.[LNB]"But while there is not total agreement on a deal, Yannick has to report to work (at Sporting) every day."[LNB]Neither Spurs nor the Magpies have yet to comment on the speculation.
