Adel Taarabt set to leave Tottenham in the summer

Taarabt spent a spell on loan at Queens Park Rangers recently, making five appearances and scoring one goal, but returned because of a knee injury. However, the 19-year-old is still wanted the Championship club and is expecting a move there or elsewhere. [LNB]Taarabt, in an interview with Moroccan website mountakhab.net, said, 'Queens Park Rangers made an offer to Tottenham, they want to buy me but there are no negotiations at the moment. [LNB]Taarabt has made only nine appearances for Spurs since arriving from French club Lens, at the age of 17, in January 2007. It is understood clubs from England, France, Spain and Germany are interested in signing the forward.[LNB]Meanwhile Porto left-back Aly Cissokho claims the north London club are interested in signing him this summer.[LNB]The 21-year-old France-born defender could sign an extension to his current deal with the Portuguese giants but is also attracting other clubs.[LNB]"I have a contract until 2012 and the club officials want me to add another year to that," he said. "That shows they have trust in me and I am proud of that.[LNB]"I also know there are big clubs looking at me, and Tottenham is one of them and that is fine. I will talk with my club and we will see what happens from there.[LNB]"We will just wait until the end of the season and then see."[LNB]
