Lennon turns his attentions on Saturday to the visit of Manchester United when another exceptional display from the winger and his Tottenham team-mates will go some way to confirming that the club's metamorphism, from relegation favourites to Champions League hopefuls, is nearing fulfilment. "There was no confidence, just an air of fear about the place. Now I have players who are confident."[LNB]None more so than Lennon, whose nagging doubts about his own ability have been replaced by a belief instilled by the manager, who said of the player: "He's a terrific young talent, he's getting better and he's learning the game. If he keeps opening his mind up to learning what the game's about and improving and working hard on different aspects of his game, he's got the chance to become a top, top player."[LNB]If Tottenham were to increase four wins to six over nine fascinating days the prospect of a top-four finish would be greater, not something that was discussed when Redknapp arrived. All he found was a chairman, Daniel Levy, who was suffering sleepless nights. [LNB]"Daniel's long-term goal was not being relegated, believe you me. It was the only goal he had. He told me he hadn't slept for three weeks so I don't think he was worrying about the top four at that time. [LNB]"But it's not impossible when you look at the international payers we have here now. It's a good-looking squad, a strong-looking squad and we've had a great start. We've improved the squad, we've got good players and characters now and they've made a big difference in terms of playing and in terms of how professional they are, dedicating themselves to being top players." [LNB]United arrive on the back of a 5-0 win in their previous away game, at Wigan, and an important 2-1 home victory over Arsenal. Redknapp added: "Last year we had tight games a 0-0 at home in the league, a draw at Wembley in the Carling Cup and a great game at Old Trafford where we were 2-0 up [before losing 5-2]. They are a great team with great ability and it's a special occasion when they come to town."[LNB]Spurs miss Luka Modric but should give a debut to Niko Kranjcar while goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes is ahead of schedule after a thigh injury and could make a surprise return. Redknapp added: "We need a good performance but we've done it with Liverpool already. Alex will know he's in for a tough game." [LNB]
