Torquay to invest in new players

Torquay United chief executive Colin Lee has said all of the money the Gulls receive from promotion to League Two will be spent on the squad. Torquay beat Cambridge 2-0 in the Blue Square Premier play-off final to reclaim a place in the Football League. Lee said: "Financially, we'll use whatever money we get on the team.
