Nicholson signs new Torquay deal

Kevin Nicholson has signed a new one-year deal with Blue Square Premier play-off winners Torquay United. The 28-year-old left-back, who's previous contract ran out last week, made 43 league appearances for the Gulls this season, scoring three times. The former Sheffield Wednesday trainee joined Torquay from Forest Green and has also had spells at Northampton, Notts County and Scarborough.
