Incinerator plans go on display

Plans for an incinerator to create energy from waste in Devon are to go on display over the next two days.Three firms, MVV Umwelt, SITA UK and Viridor, have been shortlisted to provide a solution for waste in the county which cannot be recycled. Proposed sites include Ernesettle, Devonport and Ivybridge.
