Gulls set to land loanee Barnes

Torquay United are set to snap up Plymouth Argyle striker Ashley Barnes on loan.
The 20-year-old has seen his chances of breaking into the Pilgrims first team diminished by the recent arrival of Kenny Cooper.
Barnes has made just three starts and four substitute appearances for Argyle in the Championship this season.
Torquay are keen to bolster their strikeforce after Scott Rendell broke a forearm recently.
