Gulls release Carlisle and Senda

Wayne Carlisle and Danny Senda are both being released from their contracts at Torquay United.Carlisle, 31, has made 76 appearances for the Gulls in midfield since moving to Plainmoor from Exeter City in 2008. Senda only signed for Torquay in September after having spent a year without a club following his release by Millwall in 2009.
