We were robbed - Buckle

Torquay boss Paul Buckle bemoaned two poor refereeing decisions in the wake of Torquay's 2-2 draw with Northampton. Eunan O'Kane gave the Gulls a 14th-minute lead, but the Cobblers restored parity 16 minutes later through John Johnson. Both sides had chances thereafter and Billy Kee thought he had earned Torquay all three points when he struck two minutes into stoppage time. However, the drama was not finished as Guillem Bauza's last-gasp volley earned the hosts a share of the spoils, much to the delight of Johnson. The Gulls' build-up to the game was badly hampered as they were stuck on the motorway, where their players had to board a coach borrowed from Cheltenham Town to continue their trip to Northampton. "We've been robbed of three points by two decisions; both Northampton's goals came from free-kicks which left me puzzled," he said. "My team worked unbelievably hard especially after the day we've had. We left Devon at midday and we've had a nightmare trip to Northampton. "On the balance of the play we deserved all three points and I'm desperately gutted for my team that we didn't get them."
