Penalty turned the game - Buckle

23 February 2009 10:53
Torquay United manager Paul Buckle felt that the awarding of a 12th-minute penalty against his side cost them a win at Kettering, as they lost 2-1.The Gulls were already one-down after nine minutes before Wayne Carlisle was adjudged to have handled in the box."It wasn't through lack of effort or lack of quality either," Buckle told BBC Radio Devon."It was a penalty decision that the referee chose to give in Kettering's favour which I feel turned the game."
