Kee unlocks Weymouth defence
Torquay's summer signing Billy Kee notched a hat-trick as the Gulls opened their pre-season friendlies with a 5-1 win at Weymouth.
Eunan O'Kane celebrated his birthday with Torquay's first goal in the 29th minute and Kee made it 2-0 early in the second half with a deflected header.
Kee rifled a 25-yard shot into the top corner for his second and Torquay's third before Elliott Benyon tapped home the fourth.
Halloran pulled one back for Weymouth, but Kee had the last word when he finished off some good work down the right by Chris Zebroski.
