Gritton still out

Martin Gritton remains on the sidelines for Torquay as they prepare to take on Lincoln. The experienced forward suffered a gashed leg in the opening-day victory over Northampton and will definitely miss the trip to Sincil Bank. However, Gritton is said to be recovering well from his injury and he could come into contention for the following weekend's home game against Bradford. Manager Paul Buckle has no other injury or suspension worries and could hand a second debut to Wayne Carlisle, who rejoined the club earlier this week having initially been released at the end of last season. United took Championship outfit Reading to extra-time in Wednesday's Carling Cup tie before eventually losing 1-0 and Buckle may opt to freshen up his side, with the likes of Eunan O'Kane and Damon Lathrope pushing for starts.
