Ellis back from ban

Torquay boss Paul Buckle will have Mark Ellis available when his side face Stevenage at Plainmoor. The centre-back returns after completing the one-match ban he received for his sending off at Accrington last weekend by sitting out the 1-1 draw with Rotherham on Tuesday. Ellis will more than likely return to the starting line-up which would mean Chris Robertson moving back to full-back and captain Lee Minshull returning to his favoured midfield position. Attacking midfielder Ryan Gilligan will be unavailable, though, as he has cut short his loan spell with the Gulls and returned to parent club Northampton due to a family bereavement and the fact that manager Ian Sampson has been sacked by the Cobblers. Buckle has no injury or suspension worries as United look to try and gain momentum for a play-off charge.
