Benyon nose best

Torquay striker Elliot Benyon has declared himself fit for the FA Cup fourth-round clash against Crawley. The Gulls` 13-goal top scorer suffered a broken nose in the 1-1 draw with Gillingham last weekend but will play through the pain barrier in an attempt to help his team progress. Midfielder Joe Oastler is available again after his loan from QPR was extended until the end of the season, but he may have to settle for a place on the bench. Manager Paul Buckle will be in the dug-out despite facing an FA rap. Buckle has been charged with two counts of misconduct after being sent to the stands at the end of the Gillingham game but has until Monday to respond.
