Transfer embargo for Town

The Football League has placed a transfer embargo on crisis club Swindon Town.
The League One side have been told that they must pay up to £60,000 to divisional rivals before Paul Sturrock is allowed to strengthen his injury-hit squad.
Prospective buyer Andrew Fitton told the Swindon Advertiser: "It's nothing to do with us. It's up to the existing owners to sort out the transfer embargo and get Swindon out of this situation.
"I'm 100 per cent behind Paul Sturrock but it's not our problem until it's our problem.
"Everyone is continuing to work hard to come to a conclusion but, like I said before, this is not the work of a moment. We need so sort this out once and for all."
