Town snap up Tudur-Jones

Swindon Town have sealed the signing of Wales midfielder Owain Tudur-Jones on a month's loan from Swansea City.

The 24-year-old has not started a game since mid-January and his move has been backed by City boss Roberto Martinez.

He said: "Owain has been working really hard behind the scenes and I think everyone forgets that he is still a young man.

"He needs games to bring him up to full speed and I'm sure we will have an even better player returning to us at the end of his loan spell for the final run-in."

Meanwhile, Town manager Danny Wilson told the Evening Advertiser: "Owain's got good experience for a young boy and played plenty of games for Swansea as they won promotion from this league last season.

"He's been a bit frustrated over there, so we've given him the opportunity to play some games."
