Swindon Town manager Maurice Malpas has told his players to try and shake off the criticism coming from the terraces at the County Ground.
The Robins have been through a recent run of poor form which has seen them drop into 13th place, having won just one of their last six games.
However, Malpas has told his squad to concentrate on their football after a promising midweek draw with Oldham.
Malpas said: "It's easy for people to criticise from the sides about certain things.
"I've got to make sure the players don't listen to that, they don't get involved in that and that we go the other way and be positive."
He added: "We've got a belief in the players and I'd like to think the fans have got a belief in the players.
"No-one was talking about the performance when we were winning games, they were talking about the number of points."
