AFC Wimbledon which formed when Wimbledon become Milton Keynes about 10 years ago have been promoted to the Football League following a penalty shoot out win in the Conference play off final against Luton Town. AFC Wimbledon join Crawley Town in being promoted to LeagueTwo.
