Wilson: Transfer window is a lottery

Like most managers in the Football League, Wilson is looking to bolster his squad and is preparing for a hectic month, but remains wary of signing players just for the sake of it.[LNB]"It becomes a bit of a free for all quite honestly. It's a bit of a lottery in some respects with everybody chasing players towards the back end of the window," Wilson told the club's official website.[LNB]"Lots of people panic and bring in players they possibly don't want or need, but that's exactly what you don't want. You want to be challenging with the quality of player to do that."[LNB]Several managers have complained about the pressure imposed by having transfer windows and Wilson is also nonplussed.[LNB]"Is it right? It's not for me to say and little clubs like us can't change it. The big clubs have tried but FIFA have put these rules onto us and we have to adhere to them."[LNB][LNB]
