Wilson calls for patience

Swindon manager Danny Wilson urged the club's fans to be patient after as his side fell to another 2-1 defeat, this time to Leyton Orient in the first round of the Carling Cup. Ryan Jarvis cancelled out Jon-Paul McGovern`s first-half opener for the Robins before Alex Revell returned to haunt his former club by netting the winning goal. Wilson, whose side lost 2-1 to Brighton on the opening day of the league season, said: "Things are not going to happen overnight. People will make decisions straight away and see two defeats but we are a bit wilier than that." "I am massively disappointed to be out of the cup, especially after the position we were in but we have to forget about it now and move on. "We have got to work hard on the training ground, get our thought patterns together and if it takes a little longer than I hoped for us to gel so be it. "We have had a change in personnel, we have had a couple of lads who have left, but that means nothing. We have some good players in there and the quicker we get to grips with things the better we will be."
