The game had everything - Wilson

Swindon manager Danny Wilson claimed his side`s entertaining clash with Sheffield Wednesday had "everything you would expect" from two attractive footballing sides.

A vital 2-1 win moved the Robins further away from the relegation zone, with Charlie Austin scoring the opener and Jon-Paul McGovern the winner after Clinton Morrison had levelled for the Owls.

Wilson said: "It was quite absorbing, it was a good game. There were two very committed teams and the game had everything you would expect from two committed sides.

"It had excitement, decision-making and good goals. It had decisions that were arguable, but we can only look at the game selfishly, and it was a massive three points for us.

"I`m delighted with how we played. With the calibre of players in that Sheffield Wednesday squad you`ve got to admire how well we did.

"I think Charlie Austin`s been on people`s radars for a long time. But as long as he does well for us and gets goals for us then that`s all we can do and we`ll take everything else when it comes."
