Hylton blow for Robins

Swindon striker Jermaine Hylton will miss the Capital One Cup clash at home to Exeter after suffering a suspected fractured collarbone.

Hylton suffered the injury during Saturday's 4-1 Sky Bet League One victory over Bradford and Robins boss Mark Cooper confirmed: "We think he could have fractured his collarbone. He's going for an X-ray."

Fabien Robert, one of five summer signings to make their league debuts at the weekend, may deputise after replacing him as a substitute.

New signing Drissa Traore and goalkeeper Tyrell Belford will push for starts after failing to feature against the Bantams.

Will Hoskins will hope to get more minutes under his belt for Exeter after he came on to score the winner against Yeovil on Saturday.

Hoskins is recovering from a serious groin injury and is "nowhere near ready for 90 minutes", according to boss Paul Tisdale, but the striker is likely to be used off the bench once again.

Clinton Morrison was a surprise name amongst the substitutes on Saturday having initially been released by the club in the summer. It was revealed that the veteran forward has penned a new short-term deal with the Grecians.

And Tisdale said: "We needed someone else up front and the door has always been open to him. I would like to keep him here, and I was clear with him that he wasn't a priority earlier in the summer, but he's great. He works within the dynamic of the squad really well. He has a part to play and I'd like to keep him."
