Pell the hero for Hereford

Harry Pell was the substitute hero for Hereford as his side completed an unlikely second-half comeback to draw 3-3 against Swindon at the County Ground.

Jamie Pitman's men had trailed 2-0 at half time, and then 3-2, before midfielder Pell nodded home in the 90th minute to rescue an undeserved point for the visitors.

Swindon looked comfortable at half time thanks to goals from Raffaele De Vita and Algerian Mehdi Kerrouche.

Having scored just four goals all season, few had given Hereford a prayer of salvaging anything from the game but they were given hope in the 67th minute when on-loan winger Tom Barkhuizen smashed the ball home from the right edge of the box.

Nine minutes later the visitors were level as substitute Yoann Arquin headed home unmarked from six yards.

Swindon were immediately back on the offensive and in the 79th minute retook the lead as midfielder Simon Ferry finished off a neat move.

However, Hereford weren't to be denied as Pell ended an absorbing game of football with a late equaliser for the visitors
