Luongo at the double for Robins

Australia Asia Cup hero Massimo Luongo scored twice to get Swindon's stuttering promotion push back on track with a hard-fought 2-1 win over Bradford.

Swindon's top scorer Andy Williams has already missed a golden chance to open the scoring by putting a free header over the bar when Luongo gave the hosts a 15th-minute lead

Ben Gladwin played a sweeping pass to Jack Stephens who rolled the ball on for Luongo and the former Tottenham midfielder skipped into the area and picked out the bottom corner.

Williams came close to doubling the Robins' advantage mid-way through the first half after beating the Bradford offside trap but his effort was kept out by the crossbar.

Luongo made it two 11 minutes before half time, rounding off another fine team move. Stephens came surging down the wing and found Williams who laid the ball off for the onrushing Luongo to slot home.

Billy Clarke reduced the deficit nine minutes after the break, seizing on a poor Nathan Thompson clearance to net from six yards.
