Shirtliff swaps Rovers for Robins
Shirtliff joined Rovers as Ronnie Moore's assistant two years ago but is keen to team up with Swindon boss Danny Wilson, his former Sheffield Wednesday team-mate.
Shirtliff said: "I've really enjoyed my two years at Tranmere Rovers and would like to wish the club all the very best for the future."
