Swindon are this week expected to strike a deal to bring Andy Frampton back to the County Ground on another month`s loan. The defender signed a month-long deal from Millwall at the end of October but sustained an ankle injury on his debut at Yeovil at was then struck down with a virus when back at The Den completing his rehabilitation.

The emergency loan window may have closed on Thursday, but Town have been able to take advantage of a seven-day period in which to extend existing deals.

"Andy will hopefully be back this week with a bit of luck," Swindon manager Danny Wilson told the Advertiser.

"He is over his flu and injury now and it will be good to have him back."

Yet Frampton faces a tough task dislodging Sean Morrison and Scott Cuthbert at the heart of defence after the pair put in another superb display in Friday night`s FA Cup draw at Crawley.
