Fitton Steps Down
Chairman Andrew Fitton has stepped down from his role. Fitton had been chairman since 2008, and when he joined Swindon he planned to be in the Championship within 5 years, but no with relegation to league two confirmed this now can't happen. Jeremy Wray has taken over the Chairman role for the short term, until a long term appointment can be made. Fitton had talked about stepping down last year as Swindon lost the play off final, but ended up being talked into staying for another season.
