Douglas relishing Robins captaincy

New skipper Jonathan Douglas is delighted to have been handed the responsibility of leading Swindon next season. The former Leeds midfielder was officially appointed as the club's new captain on Friday and is aiming to repay manager Danny Wilson's faith in him. He told the Robins' official website: "It's nice that the manager has put his trust in me to lead the team this year, and as I said it's a great honour. "There were a number of players who could have done the job, but he's placed the responsibility on me which is great. "I won't be much different to when I'm not captain with lads. I don't really shout and scream in the dressing room," he admitted. "If there's something to say then I'll say it, but other than that you've just got to leave the lads to go out and play football really."
