Crawley reject Robins' striker bid
The emerging 21-year-old enhanced his reputation back in December when he set a Blue Square Premier record by grabbing a hat-trick against Grays in just four minutes and 12 seconds.[LNB]Crawley have already rejected offers from two other clubs and Evans has not ruled out an improved bid from Swindon.[LNB]He told his club's official website: "I can confirm that a media report circulating in Wiltshire on Thursday morning is accurate in that Swindon Town manager Danny Wilson has been talking to me for a few days now in relation to our young striker Charlie Ademeno.[LNB]"Danny put a proposal to me for Charlie but that was rejected after I consulted with my bosses. Danny and myself have spoken a number of times since and its now at the point that I must now be on speed dial on Danny Wilson's mobile phone.[LNB]"On a serious note, Danny has confirmed he will be back to me after he has had time to discuss this further with his chairman; whether this leads to an increased offer is not for me to guess.[LNB]"There is no doubt that Swindon Town fancy the boy but then again it is no surprise given his talent.
