Swansea City striker Jason Scotland has been told that he has not broken his toe and could feature in Friday's League One clash with Millwall at the Liberty Stadium.

It had been feared that the Swans' top scorer was set for a long spell on the sidelines after he was stretchered off the pitch in Saturday's 1-0 victory at Huddersfield Town.

However, physio Richie Evans told the club's official website: "The X-ray revealed no fracture. There was a dislocation there but it won't cause him to miss Friday's game against Millwall."

Trinidad & Tobago international Scotland has scored 21 goals in 41 appearances for Roberto Martinez's side this season following his transfer from St Johnstone last summer.
