Swansea City have snapped up midfielder Ian Craney on loan from Accrington Stanley.
The 24-year-old played a starring role as Stanley won promotion to the Football League last season and has been a virtual every present during the current campaign.
Swans boss Kenny Jackett made the move after suffering injuries to regular central midfielders Darren Pratley, Owain Tudur-Jones and Darren Way.
"The loan will run until the end of December,'' Jackett told the club's official website.
"We are keen to make the loan deal permanent and we have already discussed this with Accrington.
"We will progress the matter further when the transfer window opens on January 1."
