Swansea have confirmed that assistant manager Graeme Jones was questioned by police following a scuffle in the tunnel at the end of City's 2-0 win at Bristol Rovers.
Jones is reported to have clashed with Rovers defender Danny Coles, who had earlier been the victim of a late tackle which saw Febian Brandy sent off at the Memorial Stadium.
A club statement read: "The club can confirm that an incident occurred in the tunnel after the game at the Memorial Stadium involving players and staff from both sides.
"Assistant manager Graeme Jones was involved, but after being questioned by Avon and Somerset Police was released on Tuesday night pending further investigations.
"Graeme and the club have co-operated fully with the police over the matter and a further statement will be issued in due course."
