Swansea City expect Gorka Pintado to be fit for their next Championship game despite the striker struggling with back and hamstring injuries.
The Spaniard was restricted to a late substitute role in last weekend's 1-1 draw with Sheffield Wednesday, but manager Roberto Martinez is hopeful that a period of rest will clear up the problems.
The Swans' next game is a trip to Crystal Palace in the Championship on September 13.
"Gorka has been carrying an injury and he felt his hamstring during the Wednesday game," Martinez told the South Wales Evening Post.
"His back has been giving him a bit of trouble but we're hoping to use the international break to get him closer to his full potential.
"He should be available for the Crystal Palace game, but it will probably take him another month to get up to full fitness."
