Swansea City have been dealt a double injury blow with the news that striker Adebayo Akinfenwa will not play again this season while Darren Pratley is sidelined until mid-March after dislocating his shoulder.
Akinfenwa broke his leg in the 2-0 defeat to Scunthorpe United and has been ruled out for six months, while Pratley will not play for at least four weeks after suffering his injury in the same game.
"We are all gutted for Bayo," said the Swans' caretaker manager Kevin Nugent.
"He got off his sick bed with flu to play and he's suffered a serious injury for his trouble. He will be a big loss."
