Former Hartlepool United midfielder Thomas Butler has penned a new long-term contract with League One champions Swansea City.
The 27-year-old has made 88 appearances for the Swans in his two seasons at the Liberty Stadium and joins Alan Tate, Shaun MacDonald and Owain Tudur-Jones in pledging his future to the club.
"Tom's been a very consistent performer this season," said boss Roberto Martinez.
"He's a better and more mature player than when he first arrived.
"He had his best campaign for the club this season and to have someone who can play on the left or right with the same effectiveness is a huge bonus and asset."
