Van der Gun's Swansea future uncertain

Swansea midfielder Cedric van der Gun is unsure whether his future lies with Swansea. The Dutch midfielder, who made only his sixth start of the season in Saturday's FA Cup triumph over Colchester, is out of contract in the summer.

The 31-year-old told the South Wales Evening Post: "I'll just wait and see what happens.

"I haven't been playing a lot of football lately and I've had my talks with the manager as well.

"All I can say is that when I play I'll do the best I can - that's the only thing you can do as a player.

"It's January and the transfer window is open so we'll have to see what happens."
