Trundle hoping to stay with Swans

Trundle has scored five goals for Paulo Sousa's side despite making just one start - averaging a goal every 52 minutes in his second spell at the club.[LNB]The 33-year-old enjoys cult-hero status at club after his successful first spell in South Wales from 2003-2007 when he scored 85 goals in just 151 starts.[LNB]Trundle told BBC Sport: "This is the place where I enjoy my football and it is where I want to stay so every time I'm out on that field I am fighting for my future to play in front of those fans - so I will always give my all.[LNB]"I know the deal can be extended beyond January - that is what I want to happen. Bristol have already said it is in Swansea's hands so if they want to keep me on, it is up to Swansea."[LNB][LNB]
