Tate hits out at Swansea boo boys

The Swans are without a win in their last five Championship games but they are fifth in the table with six games remaining and will be optimistic of securing a play-off place.[LNB]Ipswich boss Roy Keane was baffled by the reaction of some Swansea fans at the end of the game and defender Tate echoed the former Manchester United midfielder's sentiments.[LNB]"Booing at the end is a bit ridiculous considering if you look at where Darlington are now (bottom of League Two)." Tate told the South Wales Evening Post.[LNB]"We were Darlington seven years ago. People need to realise we've come a long way and not think we automatically deserve to be up here, because we don't.[LNB]"It's no good moaning because I haven't seen many teams who have come here and thought 'we'll give these a good game by passing it and trying to win the game'. I don't think anyone's come here, apart from Middlesbrough, early in the season and thought we'll go there and have a go. There was no need to boo at the end. It was not as if we were bad and got beat 3-0."[LNB][LNB]
