The 26-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to the Championship promotion-chasing Swans after scoring 20 goals in the Scottish First Division this season, with Roberto Martinez believed to have had the former Rangers man watched at the weekend.[LNB]But with the Palmerston Club still not entirely safe from relegation, Dobbie is concentrating on helping them secure their status in the second tier of Scottish Football before making up his mind about where he will be playing next season.[LNB]"Stephen is a Queen of the South player until the end of the season," a club spokesman said. "He has said that he will not make his mind up until we are 100% safe.[LNB]"That could happen this Saturday and then he will sit down with the Chairman and talk to any interested clubs."[LNB]City chairman Huw Jenkins has not ruled out a move for Dobbie, but insists that no bids have been made, telling the South Wales Evening Post: "Kevin (Nugent) and Roberto (Martinez) are watching as many games as they can at the moment, whether it be in Scotland, Spain or Holland. They are looking at many, many options in readiness for us to make one or two additions in the summer."[LNB][LNB]
