Swans stars following Sousa's lead
Cotterill scored his side's goal in their 1-1 draw with Newcastle on Saturday, keeping the Swans in the play-off places.[LNB]The Wales international puts a lot of their success down to the Portuguese coach's composed manner.[LNB]"He comes across nice and calm and he just wants his players to be confident," he told the South Wales Evening Post.[LNB]"That's working out for me at the moment and if that continues hopefully I can keep improving.[LNB]"I knew Swansea played great football from when (Roberto) Martinez was here but obviously the gaffer now has played for Portugal, he's been around and he knows his stuff."[LNB][LNB]
