Swans set to swoop for striker
The Austrian forward has agreed a two-year deal with the Swans but the move is subject to international clearance from the German FA and is expected to go through on Monday.
The former Under-21 international played in the German lower leagues last term but has Championship experience after loan spells at Luton and Crystal Palace while he was with the Reds.
The 21-year-old, who failed to make an appearance in his three years at Anfield from 2005-2008, has an option to extend his deal depending on appearances.
