The 25-year-old Lithuanian has long been linked with a move to the Liberty Stadium and has revealed he has turned down a number of Austrian clubs to allow him to move to Wales. "The signatures are not signed yet, but Swansea are the most probable outcome. I can't say exactly when but I should be signing a contract any time soon," he told the Futbolas.lt website. "I chose Swansea because the league standard is better. I plan my career to continue in England so this was obviously a better choice than Austria." Swansea are also set to sign Southampton winger Nathan Dyer in the early part of next week following a successful loan spell.
