Swans boss Martinez looking up
The Swans were expected by many to struggle in England's second-tier but ended the recent campaign with a respectable eighth-place finish
And Martinez told the South Wales Evening Post: "We have taken a massive step forward this season.
"Now we are starting to prepare for the next challenge and we need to finish in the top seven in the next campaign.
"The aim of this club is always to improve in every department. I am not just talking about the squad. I am talking about other areas like our facilities.
"We need to improve every department of the football club."
