Seagulls swoop for Swans defender
The defender, 23, has made just six appearances for the Championship side this season following his recovery from a cruciate ligament injury.[LNB]Seagulls boss Gus Poyet told the club's official website: "Marcos is a good signing for us and I am looking forward to working with him.[LNB]"He knows the division having won promotion with Swansea and his arrival gives us good competition for places."[LNB]Painter added: "I'm looking forward to the challenge at Brighton.
